F-IT!

Allow me to borrow from some people who have gotten in my ear as of the last month if I may.
F-IT man, just F-IT and the negative energy that it carries.

Ever find yourself hanging onto something so much that it almost consumes you? Even if it only consumes you for 5 minutes, what was it about that that made you want to explode?

This is where F-IT is very effective.


That guy cut me off... F-IT!
My bills are due and I am broke... F-IT!

Letting go and moving forward are the only options you have at this point. Try this, think about something that may upset you. Ok, now feel that presence in your body? The emotionally linked chemical response. Now, did that feeling change the outcome of your problem or stress?
Of course not. However, one you have walked away from this situation you have learned something.
The first is that those situations probably upset you or effect you in some way.
The second would be a lesson in self control and discipline.


Beating yourself up. Stressing over past events, present events, things that have not happened in all essence is a waste of time. If we have not learned from our anger, sadness and happiness, then we are merely coasting along and reacting. Nations have fallen due to reaction, when they should have just said F-IT!

If at any point your trying to figure out what to and NOT to say F-IT about. Try saying F-IT!
